Order & Payment

Our website is the fastest and most convenient secure method for placing an order with us. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, business days M-F, excluding national holidays. Order confirmations are sent via e-mail. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship upon credit card authorization and verification. Orders originating within the State of Hawaii will incur a GET on the product and shipping.

Shipping & Handling

Domestic shipping costs are calculated on a flat rate basis of $9 for the first item and $3 for each additional item. P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is handled by International Checkout, a reputable U.S. shipping company located in Los Angeles, CA. Processed international orders are shipped immediately to International Checkout's facility. The customs documents and all necessary paperwork is prepared and shipped with the order in 24 hours or less for timely delivery. All international orders are insured.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 35 days from the invoice date. Merchandise must be accompanied by its original invoice, plastic packaging, tags, unworn and unwashed. Indicate if you would like to do a return or an exchange on the invoice. You will need to pay for your return shipping. Merchandise purchased at a retail store should be returned to the original retail store. Please go HERE to use your Kahala account to return and/or exchange your purchases. Refund Process

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Credit will post to your account approximately 2 days after the date of processing. May take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

International Orders

Kahala has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at [email protected].

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Kahala. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO/FPO addresses.
