Domestic Orders
Free shipping applies to orders over $200 and will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. FedEx 2-day Air is available for a $18 flat rate. With FedEx 2-day shipping, your package will be delivered within 2 business days once it leaves our facilities. FedEx 2-day air does not include processing time. Please understand that due to unforeseen circumstances from shipping carriers, there may be a slight delay in delivery.
International Orders
International orders are processed via FedEx International Economy.
The recipient of an international order is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with this order and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Shipping carriers are experiencing some delays due to extreme circumstances, such as high shipping volumes and seasonal/extreme weather. In some areas across the U.S., prolonged severe weather may impact the ability for carriers to pick-up and deliver to certain areas, therefore creating delays. We are all working through this together, please allow for slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We ship Monday - Friday and your order will be processed within 48 hours of placing the order. During holiday or promotional periods, this may take up to 72 hours.
No, we cannot request that a signature be required for delivery.
If you choose USPS as the shipping method, they do deliver on Saturdays but it is not specifically requested or guaranteed. Currently, Saturday delivery is not an option for FEDEX shipping.
If the item you received was due to a mistake on our part, we will happily replace the item (if available) and refund all shipping charges.
